Q.  How long does it take to repair my car?

A.  When we explain your estimate to you, we will also give you a target date for completion.

Q.  Do I have to go to the shop that my Insurance Company suggests?

A.  No, you can choose which autobody repair shop you would like to use.  We work with all major insurance companies.

Q.  When do I pay my Insurance deductible?

A.  You will pay your Insurance deductible to us when you pick up your car.
